Available Rental Properties and Rental Process

To begin the rental process ~

• Apply online at Resident Application Portal.
• All tenant leaseholders must be 18 years of age and go through the screening process.
• A non-refundable application fee of $35 is required of the applicant.
• Once you submit your application, please email proof of income immediately to Jennifer Pascal. Proof of income could consist of two months of paystubs, W-2s or two years tax of returns.
• Applicants must have a credit score of 630 or higher.
• Income ratio to rent should be 1/3 of the applicant’s income (housing vouchers and assistance programs are welcome as forms of income).
• Credit checks, background checks and criminal background checks will also be performed.
